Except for Sunday morning worship services, we require parents to make reservations for their childcare needs. This ensures that we have enough childcare workers to provide adequate supervision for the children and to plan age-appropriate activities. We reserve the right to turn away children who have not been registered in the event we do not have enough workers scheduled to provide adequate supervision.
We will strive to meet all childcare needs, however, reservations can only be guaranteed when made at least 72 hours in advance.
What Ages Do You Accept?
The church provides childcare by reservation for classes, meetings and special events for children age 3 months through 5th grade. Older children and siblings are not allowed in the nursery. Childcare is not provided for church-wide family events such as Sunday Night aLive, church picnics, luncheons or festivals.
How Can I Make Reservations For A Scheduled Event?
Reservations can be made in one of three easy ways.
- Leave a message on the Childcare Reservation Hotline at 282-7274 ext. 330.
- Email childcare needs to childcare@manchacaumc.org.
- Indicate your childcare needs on a sign-up form when registering to attend a class.
When registering for childcare, please include the names and ages of all children planning to attend.
Do I Need To Cancel My Reservations When No Longer Needed?
It is equally important that you cancel your reservations if your childcare needs change.
