Get Active! Stay Fit!

Two Group Options

  • Moderate Cardio at 9 AM
  • Strength & Balance at 10 AM

Both exercise groups meet in the church parlor, located down hallway near the East Entrance. (Enter on the West side near the office. The East doors remain locked until mid-morning.)

Especially for seniors, but all ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Participants in the 9 am group use Leslie Sansone's "Just Walk" DVD for moderate cardio exercise with arm movements.

Participants in the 10 am group use the "Go4Life" DVD published by the National Institute on Aging to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
