Children's Ministry

We love children and welcome them in all areas of the life of our church! We invite children to participate fully in worship, to grow in small groups and fellowship opportunities and to serve others. If you have questions about Children's Ministry, please contact Kim@ManchacaUMC.org.

Get involved in 2025!

Children's Ministry Book Drive for the Food Pantry in January. Have you set a resolution this year to clean out clutter from your house! As you are cleaning up, please bring your new and gently used children's books to the church in January! Each child who comes to our Food Pantry is invited to take home a book to read! Please help us stock our book shelf with board books, picture books and chapter books!

Nursery and Childcare

We offer a safe, inviting nursery for children 0-5 years old during worship services. Free childcare is also available by reservation for classes and meetings.

Sunday School

From 10:10 - 11:00 am every Sunday morning, our Sunday school program equips children to know and love God through worship and and learning.

FISH Group

FISH is our group for preteens in grades 3-5 where we play games, build community, and study the Bible monthly. Service projects are scheduled during the year.

Child Development Center

Safe Sanctuaries

We believe in keeping children safe from abuse and harm. All staff and volunteers who work with children, youth, and vulnerable adults are safety certified.
