2024 Women's Retreat Registration

The Registration is now open for the Women’s Retreat at Well Spring Retreat Center, from February 16-18, 2024. This registration form is designed to allow both online registration and online payment, as well as online or paper registration and payment by check. Deadline for registration: Sunday, Feb.11, 2024

Instructions: Open the registration pdf file attached below. (Print off the 3 page registration form if you wish.)

If you want to do your registration on paper only: Print off the 3 pages of the registration form found in the attachment below. Fill in the information and mail the form along with your check to Susan Shineldecker. The address is on the registration form.

If you want to do your registration online:

1. Open the registration pdf file attached to this email. (Print off the 3 page registration form if you wish.)

2. Focus your phone or iPad camera on the URL Picture on the registration form and tap the URL. This brings up the online registration form.

Type in your information and choose what days you want to come.

If you are paying online continue to put in the information for your chosen payment method. Then hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the screen.

You will then receive an email confirmation of your registration, as well as a page of critical information about the retreat, which is only made available to those who have registered and paid.

3. If you are paying by check, fill in your registration information and then hit the SUBMIT button. It will bring up another page and you will select the PAY LATER option in the payment section. Fill in the rest of the invoice information. Then scroll down and hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. This will submit your registration electronically.

You will then need to submit your payment separately. Please make checks payable to OAK HILL UWF (note Women’s Retreat on memo line). Check payments may be dropped off at the OHUMC during office hours, or in the sanctuary placed in Susan Shineldecker’s folder on Sunday, or mailed to Susan at the address below:
