"When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars that you have established; what are humans that you are mindful of them, mortals[a] that you care for them?" — Psalm 8:3-4
On Sunday April 23, 2023, we celebrated the "Festival of God's Creation" in both the modern and traditional services. The children led us in worship through praying, singing, and dancing while we celebrated the great gift of God's world and pondered our role in God's vast universe. In her message, Kim Carroll reminded us that after God created humans in the divine image, God gave us the job of Creation-keepers: to love and care for the earth and all that is in it.
